Licences

In plain words, and binding. Last changed September 2026.

Every theme is sold under one of two licences. You choose which at the checkout, and the receipt says which one you bought. Both are permanent: they do not expire, and they include every future update to that theme.

Regular licence

Use the theme in one project that you or your client owns, where the end users are not charged to access it. A company site, a portfolio, a blog, a brochure site for a client - all fine.

• One project per licence. A second site needs a second licence.
• You may change the code as much as you like.
• You may hand the finished site to a client and charge them for your work.

Extended licence

Everything in the Regular licence, plus one project where the end users pay - a subscription product, a paid app, a members' area.

Neither licence allows

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the theme itself, changed or not.
• Using it in a template, builder or theme sold to other people.
• Sharing your download links or licence key with anyone outside your team.

Your licence key

Each purchase gets a key of its own, shown on your downloads page. It identifies your licence when you ask for help. If an order is refunded, its licence is revoked and the downloads stop working.

Updates are included for as long as we publish them, at no extra cost. Support is by email at [email protected]: we answer questions about the theme working as described, not about custom code written on top of it.
