Refunds

A theme is a file: once it is downloaded we cannot take it back. That is why this policy leans on whether you have downloaded it, not on how long you have had it.

We refund in full

• Within 14 days, if you have not downloaded the theme.
• If the theme is materially not what this site describes.
• If it has a fault we cannot fix in a reasonable time.
• If you were charged twice for the same licence.

We usually cannot refund

• A theme you have downloaded and simply changed your mind about.
• A theme that does not work with a plugin or service we never claimed to support.
• Work you paid somebody else to do on top of the theme.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order number - it is on your receipt and in your account. We answer within one working day. If a refund is agreed, it goes back to the card you paid with, and the licence it issued is revoked.

None of this affects rights you have by law where you live.
