What you are buying

A licence to use a theme, described on the licence page. You are not buying the theme's copyright, and we keep it.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. The card is handled by our payment provider on their own page; we never see or store card details. Your purchase is complete when the provider confirms the payment, at which point the licence and the download appear in your account.

Your account

Buying creates an account so your licences and downloads have somewhere to live. Keep the password to yourself: anyone who has it can download your themes. Tell us if you think somebody else has it.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise each theme is what this site says it is, and that we will fix faults in it. We cannot promise it will suit a purpose we have not described, work with every plugin ever written, or never need changing. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence.

Ending it

A licence lasts until you break its terms - reselling the theme, for instance. If that happens we may revoke it, and no refund is due. You can stop using a theme whenever you like.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
