Seller agreement

Who this is between
Zenith Themes, PO Box 2487, Laguna Hills, 92654, CA, USA ("we"), and you, the person or company selling themes on this site ("you"). You accept it when you start selling.
What you sell here
Themes you made, or have every right to sell. You keep the copyright. You give us a non-exclusive right to show, promote and deliver each theme you put on sale, and to grant buyers the licences described on the licence page.
Review
We look at every theme before it goes on sale, and at every new version before buyers get it. We may refuse one, and we will say why. Changes you make to an approved theme's words, images and demo go live at once; we may still take a theme down afterwards, with a reason.
Prices
You set the price of each licence, between USD 5.00 and USD 500.00. We may change those bounds; a change never alters the price of a sale already made.
What you earn
You keep 80% of what the buyer pays for your theme, before tax and after any discount, and we keep 20%. Payment-provider fees come out of our share. A store-wide discount never touches your themes; one of them is discounted only when an offer names it, and your share is then worked out on the discounted price.
Payouts
Each sale is held 14 days, the refund window. After that it is yours, and once a month we pay what you have, if it is at least USD 50.00, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer to the details in your dashboard. Less than that rolls over to the next month. Keep your payout details right: money sent to details you gave is paid.
Refunds and disputes
We decide refunds under our refund policy. When a sale is refunded or lost in a card dispute, your share of it is taken back. If it was paid out already, it comes out of your later earnings, and your balance may be negative until it does.
Support
You answer buyers' questions about how your themes work, through the support email or page you give us, within a reasonable time. Payment, licence, download and refund questions are ours.
What you promise
- You own, or have a licence for, everything in your themes: code, images and fonts.
- Your themes contain nothing harmful and work as their pages describe.
- What you tell us about yourself and your payout details is true.
Taxes
We sell your themes to buyers in our own name and handle the sales tax on those sales. You are responsible for the tax on what you earn.
Taking themes down, and suspension
We may take a theme off sale, or suspend your account, if a promise above is broken or a complaint needs looking into, and we will tell you why. Buyers keep what they bought. Money you earned before is paid as usual, less any refunds.
Ending it
You can stop selling whenever you like by taking your themes off sale. Buyers keep their licences and downloads. What you are owed is paid in the next monthly runs.
Changes to this agreement
When it changes, the version number changes and we tell you before the new version applies. Selling after that date means you accept it; if you do not, take your themes off sale.
Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
